Who we are

Who’s Winning AI? is run by Mikkel Vejen (Under construction), Hasselhaven 85, Lystrup, Denmark (“we”). Contact: ads@whoswinningai.com.

What the site is

Using the site

Please don’t disrupt the site or its data: no attacks, no overloading it, no automated voting, and no scraping that harms performance. We may discard votes we believe are automated or manipulated, and block traffic that abuses the site. You’re welcome to share screenshots and the race card with a link back.

Buying ad space and pixels

Booking and payment

The price, start date and run time are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you book, and the price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Review

We review every ad before it goes live, usually within one day, and may decline any ad. If we decline yours, we refund the full amount.

When your ad runs

No guaranteed results

We don’t guarantee any number of visitors, impressions, clicks or sales.

Your content

You confirm that you have the rights to everything in your ad (images, logos, text and the linked page), and that it follows the law and our ad policy. You allow us to display your ad on the site, resize or crop it to fit the space, and show it in screenshots and share images of the site. Ads are labelled “Sponsored”.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Consumers in the EU

If you book as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By asking for your ad to go live before those 14 days end, you agree that we start right away. If you withdraw after it has started, you pay for the part already delivered. Once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal ends.

Ad policy

We don’t accept ads that:

We may remove an ad at any time if it starts to break this policy, for example if the linked page changes.

Our content

The site’s design, code, index and data compilation belong to us. Ad creatives belong to the advertisers.

Liability

The site is provided as it is, and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability for an ad booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Bookings are covered by the version in force when you paid.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
